Prescription Refills: If you are in need of prescription refill please call your pharmacy to initiate the request electronically. If your pharmacy doesn’t have this capability, we ask that you log on to your patient portal  choose the prescription refill tile. We recognize that getting your prescriptions refilled can be an urgent matter, and will do our best to refill as soon as possible. Please avoid calling the office to request refills. 

If you have not been seen in the clinic in 6-12 months, we request that you please schedule an appointment with one of our providers to get your prescriptions updated and refilled.  Most prescription medications require regular monitoring of efficacy and safety.
